Blackboard tutorials
Designed to feel like a one-to-one tutorial, they are shot in real-time. With three modes of delivery: images, writing and speech, we utilise Dual Coding to its maximum effect: You have multiple ways of learning. There are deliberate pauses in speech, which allow you time to digest the content, and make notes. The perfect accompaniment to the A-level Religious Studies course.
Auto-marked quizzes
Active Recall Quizzes help you to retain the information from the blackboard tutorials. You can re-take them as many times as you need.
In order you complete a subject, you need to take an End of Course Exam. This is a longer quiz, with a time limit, that will check your knowledge of the whole subject.

What's included in the membership?
Membership gives you access to the full library of tutorial videos, quizzes, revision resources, and new content added throughout the year. You can work through topics at your own pace, whenever you need them.
Is the cost worth it?
A private tutor typically costs £30–£60 per hour, and many students only receive a handful of sessions. For less than the cost of two tutoring sessions, a year’s Cogito membership gives you unlimited access to hundreds of tutorials and resources covering your entire course.
Can I use it alongside my school lessons?
Absolutely. Cogito is designed to complement, not replace, your classroom learning. Many students use it to revisit difficult topics after lessons, prepare for upcoming classes, or revise before assessments and exams. You can dip into individual tutorials when you need help with a specific topic, or work through entire courses at your own pace.
