Access Group Management

Go to "My Account"

Find the “My Account” option in the header. When you’ve clicked on it, login (if you are not already)

Select "Group Management"

Once logged in as a group leader, an extra option will appear under the “Your Courses” button called “Group Management”. Click this.

This option is only available to you as Group Leader (automatically, the group leader is the person who buys the Schools Membership). Your students won’t be able to see this.

Welcome to Group Management!

This is where you can add users, change group leader, email students, and check on student progress.

Go to "Users" drop-down menu

Go to the “Users” drop-down menu on the left-hand side.

Select either “Add one” or “Add multiple” to begin sending student invites.

"Add one"

When you select “Add one”, you can add one user at a time. You can choose between:

  • Send Enrolment Key (Recommended): Here you just input their first and last names, and their email. Cogito will generate an enrolment key and send them instructions
  • Add and invite user: Here, the process is the same as the above, but you will invent a password for them

"Add multiple"

When you select “Add multiple”, you can create a whole list of students to add. They will then be sent an email with their passwords (which you’ve created) and directions on how to login.
